Roasted Eggplant with Mastic 180g

A vegetable flooded with the scents of the Mediterranean. Combined with the special flavor of Chios Mastic, the grilled eggplant spread adds a new dimension to cooking. Cooked with Extra Virgin olive oil and fresh eggplant, it goes perfectly with all grilled meats and raw green salads. It is a wonderful appetizer either as a salad or as a dip.
