Elixirs are weak drinks without alcohol! We mixed the "oxos" with nectar of small fruits*, in which we extracted various herbs and spices. The aromas from the 'oxos', nectar, herbs or spices give us an excellent product with multiple uses as a material for cooking, confectionery and as a drink. It is drunk with crushed ice as an aperitif or digestive, at the end or between meals. It is added to salad, meat, fish, ice cream.
