Description
Its natural glucose content is very low and for 18 months it remained liquid without crystallization. Crystallization is characteristic of pure, raw honey. Liquefies placing the jar in hot water (40°C), stirring occasionally. The honey collected from pine trees of Central Macedonia in Greece.
