Barley with black truffle 300g

Barley or orzo which is actually the Italian word for barley, confuses with its shape as it resembles actual wheat. To add even more confusion, the shape of the noodles looks like large grains of rice, which is also a bit similar to barley grains. This is probably why it also has another name which is risoni, which means big rice in Italian.
