One of the popular types of pasta, it comes in long, flat strips and is historically from the Marche and Emilia-Romagna regions of Italy. They are usually served with pork or beef, as well as ragu alla bolognese sauce. With a rough and porous leaf, they are equally suited to light sauces with vegetables or tomato and herbs, but also to more exuberant dishes. Feel free to combine them either with a light shrimp and zucchini sauce or with a rich and hearty Bolognese.

Method of preparation:
The water should be boiling vigorously before you pour in the pasta. Just before it boils, add salt, preferably coarse. In 5 liters, calculate 1 spoon. Boil the pasta over high heat, with an open pot, stirring occasionally to prevent them from sticking together. Depending on their size, shape and thickness, different types of pasta have different boiling times. However, the same applies to two identical types of pasta from different companies. So that they don't get muddy, follow the time indicated on the package.
