Protected Geographical Indication Drama Vinification - Aging: Traditional vinification method based on low temperature assisted by the Tavel method where the must remains for a short time together with the grapes. Then you follow white vinification at a low temperature of 12-14?C. Color: Medium intensity pink. Organoleptic Characteristics: An attractive blend that combines the elegance of Cabernet Franc with the intense fruity aromas of Cabernet Sauvignon. Aromas reminiscent of raspberry, ripe strawberry, cherry with sweet hints (sweet spoon cherry). Pleasant acidity balanced with residual sugars. Food Pairings: Goes well with Greek summer dishes, fruits and slightly cool sweets. Also ideal as an aperitif.
