Halkidiki green olives are an important source of vitamin E, vitamins B1, B6 and B12 and contain a sufficient amount of vitamin A, which are very important for nutrition and health.
The green olives of Halkidiki are harvested between September and October and are strictly followed specific production process, which highlights the taste gifts of this precious fruit. It is one of the most commercial olive varieties worldwide and is found in several areas of Halkidiki, but also in Northern Greece in general.
