The cultivation of the average bean takes only three months and they are the first beans harvested in Western Macedonia, to cook delicious bean salad, the national dish of the country.

Characteristics: The beans are small, oval in shape and white in color. It is a variety well adapted to the conditions of the microclimate of the region, as a result of which the beans are easy to boil, tasty, and nutritious. They have a buttery texture, rich aroma and thin skin. Preparation for cooking is easy and they are ideal for soups and salads.
