Dinkel flour from the company Agroktima Antonopoulou, otherwise called spelled, has a sweet and earthy taste. It is easy to digest, as the gluten it contains consists of a greater number of water-soluble proteins. It is a product of certified organic cultivation, where pesticides and chemical fertilizers have not been used during its production. It comes from grinding the whole fruit, i.e. together with the bran and the germ. It has a more intense and full flavor and is a source of dietary fiber with a rich content of vitamins B1, B3 and minerals.
