Bukovo Sweet Smoked

Smoked bukovo is a spice produced from dried smoked red peppers.
This particular product is produced in Spain from sweet ripe peppers.
It has a nice red color and a slightly spicy (not hot) taste with a strong aroma of tobacco. It is usually used in grilled meats, baked legumes but also in soups with legumes, sauces with a strong taste and of course in fine fish. In general, Bukovo is an important element of the Balkan cuisine.
