Elixirs are weak drinks without alcohol! We mixed the "oxos" with nectar of small fruits*, in which we extracted various herbs and spices. The aromas from the 'oxos', nectar, herbs or spices give us an excellent product with multiple uses as a material for cooking, confectionery and as a drink. It is drunk with crushed ice as an aperitif or digestive, at the end or between meals. It is added to salad, meat, fish, ice cream. They are products with strong antioxidant characteristics that they get both from the "oxos" and from the herbs and spices they contain. *Small Fruit Nectar is the traditional concentrated juice of sour cherries, blueberries & cranberries
