Cinnamon wood 8cm

Cinnamon sticks 8cm from the species Cinnamomum Cassia originating in Vietnam.

Cinnamon is a popular spice that comes from the inner bark of various trees of the genus Cinnamomum.

It is used in sweet and savory dishes from various "cuisines" all over the world.

Cinnamon branches are processed by scraping off the outer bark, then hitting the branch evenly with a hammer to loosen the inner bark.

The inner bark is then rolled into large rolls. Only 0.5 mm of the inner bark is used, the outer, woody part is discarded, leaving 1 m long cinnamon strips that are rolled into rolls (canes) to dry.

Once they are dry, the bark is cut into 5 to 10 cm. length for sale.
