Cardamom & Pepper: Carefully selected whole spices.

Information: Whole cardamom together with a mixture of 3 peppers, green, red and white, are soaked in our red organic vinegar from Agiorgitiko for as long as it takes to give an aromatic bouquet and the characteristic spicy taste. The result is a rich aromatic vinegar, ideal for marinating red meat as well as as an ingredient in vinaigrette for salads with fatty smoked fish such as salmon and trout.

Tasting: Ruby color, intense aromas of cardamom and red fruits. Acidic and spicy taste with an aftertaste of dried fruits and wild arugula.
