Region: From the vineyards of Nemea where PDO Nemea wine is produced.

Basil & Garlic: The plants are grown around the vineyard, harvested at the right time and left to dry in the shade.

Information: Dried basil and whole cloves of garlic are soaked for a short time in our red vinegar from Agiorgitiko. The result is a vinegar with a complex aromatic bouquet and a spicy taste, ideal for flavoring legumes, tzatziki, but also to make a difference in red meat sauces.

Tasting: Red color with brown accents. Intense aromas of basil and garlic with hints of dried red fruits. Acidic and spicy taste with hints of basil pesto on the finish.
