INGREDIENTS for 3 servings:

1 sachet creamed corn mix with mastic (30g)

440ml milk or herbal drink

2-4 tablespoons of honey or sugar

Preparation instructions: 1. Heat the milk on medium heat. As soon as it boils, we withdraw it. 2. Take half a cup of the hot milk, add it corn cream mixture with Chios mastic and the sweetener of our choice. Mix well so that it does not lump. 3. We return the pot to the stove, pour the contents of the cup and stir constantly until it binds and acquires a velvety texture. 4.Serve in 3 bowls. Enjoy it cold or hot.
