Tagliatelle with Mastic 500g CHIOTIKO KELLARI

Curly tagliatelle with Chios mastic.

Boiling time: 5-6 minutes

Preparation suggestion: Boil the pasta and then add 100gr of butter to the pan, salt, pepper to taste and once it is hot, add the tagliatelle, mix lightly and add 1 shot of mastic liqueur and 1 glass of white wine. Finally, add 500gr of cream, mix and leave until it glazes. Serve with thin slices of cheese of your choice.
