It is produced from grapes of aromatic varieties grown in Thessaly.
Crystalline on the face, with intense fruity citrus aromas such as bergamot and lemon, white peach, floral notes of rose and herbal hints of mint.
In the mouth it is soft and aromatic, with soft alcohol and a long mint finish.
It is consumed alone, accompanies appetizers and finger food, but is also a base for inspired cocktails
