Vinegar Elixir | Isis 100ml

Elixirs are liqueurs without alcohol! We mixed the "vinegar" with nectar of small fruits *, in which we extracted various herbs and spices. The aromas of 'vinegar', nectar, herbs or spices give us an excellent product with multiple uses as a cooking material, confectionery and as a drink. It is drunk with crushed ice as an aperitif or digestive, at the end or in between meals. It is added to salads, meat, fish, ice cream. They are products with strong antioxidant properties that they get from the "acid" as well as from the herbs and spices they contain. * Small fruit nectar is the traditional concentrated juice of sour cherries, blueberries & cranberries
