The single variety extra virgin early harvest olive oil is produced from mountain olive groves of Pelion. The gourd oil is processed under cold pressing conditions at 20C. It is rich in vitamins, polyphenols and minerals that have an antioxidant effect and also has nutritional and medicinal properties.
