SALAD WITH VANILLA BEANS
MATERIALS
- 500 gr. vanilla beans
- 1 pc. green pepper
- 1 pc. red pepper
- 2 pcs. carrots
- 4 pcs. onions
- 1/2 bunch of dill
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 1 cup of oil
- 1 pc. lemon
IMPLEMENTATION
Boil the beans for about 60 minutes (add the salt in the last 5 minutes). Then strain them and put them in a salad bowl. Cut the peppers, carrots and onions into small pieces. Chopped parsley and dill.At the end, add all the above together with the oil and lemon to the salad bowl and mix them.
